1 Formation of 2 nos. Marketing  Consortia Cluster firms Formation of product based consortia and  15 to 20 firms get marketing linkages
2 Interaction Meet with potential clients like Vedanta, Zindal,Nalco, Aditya Birla for new marketing opportunities(4nos). Cluster firms Activity will results in to vendor resigstration of 20 tier -1 & tier-2 firms with the Major Industies and will increase the turnover of the firms
FINANCE    
3 Follow up for credit linkages for Micro firms through Banks/MFIs Un organised Micro firms Activity will result into at least 15-20 micro firms will get the fund support from the Banks / MFIs
Process Improvement    
4 on New Technologies related to machining & fabrication works Tier - I & Tier - II firms 10 firms will benefit  from activity to consider for upgradation of their welding technologies
Skill Development Training (HRD)     
5 Dissemination workshop on the outcome / impact of the skill up gradation training programmeimparted to skilled workforce in vocational trades  BMOs/BDPs/5 stakeholders from other clusters in that Area Results in up scaling of the activity and also in other vocational trades by the Cluster Firms with the support of BMOs & BDSPs 
     
6 Exposure visit to Bhopal & Bhubaneswar for awareness on New agricultural implements. Tier -II & Tier - III firms For development of manufacturing agricultural implements by consortia.
PPP    
7 Formation & Registration of SPV for upscaling of the activities initiated and to establish a common facility centre BMOs Formation of cluster specific association to lead cluster activities
8 Preparation of DPR for CFC and Establishment of CFC  SPV members To Establish CFC for cluster specific
Impact Assessment & Exit Strategy    
9 Preparation & Publishing of Cluster Directory   FA/BMOs/BDSPs  
10 Organising an Interaction meeting  for  BMOs executive committee  & the BDSPs associated in the project  and to finalise & sign  an MoU  for mutual benefits BMOs / BDSPs Results in up scaling of the activity  by the Cluster Firms with the support of BMOs & BDSPs
11 Preparation of Case Studies / Success stories in three (3) Major thematic areas  and to dessiminate the  outcomes of the  major initiatives of the project Activities BMOs / BDSPs To document the cluster outcomes and impact of major interventions
12 Strengthening  of BDSPs  through promotion of BDS Help desk concept by supporting  the salary componet of the executive BMOs/BDPs in that Area 3 BDSPs will be able get businees from 9 cluster firms
13 Validation Workshop on Findings of EoR and to appraise the stakeholder the proposed Road Map for continuation of the project initiatives for overall development of the cluster. BMOs BMOs & BDSPs together with the cluster firms can finalise  the Road Map for continuation of the project initiatives for overall development of the cluster.
